Do you want to return a package? This is possible. At Fpimagine we do everything to satisfy you with our service. We only ask you to meet the following conditions.

Return settlement

Unsatisfied with the product you ordered? Is the product damaged? No problem! You can return your order and trade it for another item or receive your money back in a few easy steps. Here is how it works.

  1. Send us an email beforehand, describing the details and the reason of the return. We will send you a return form by email. Using this you simplify the processing of the return.
  2. Drop off the package at your nearest post office. Hold on to the shipping receipt of your package. This is your only proof to show that you sent the package, in case is goes missing.   3. Scan (or photograph) your payment receipt and send it along with your order number to fpittoors@gmail.com. We can use this to pay you back the shipping costs after the return. After inspection we will refund you the full amount or part of the full amount, according to the state of the device (if something is missing, the state of the packaging, signs of usage, etc.).

Pay attention: personalized and perishable items are not covered under the right of withdrawal.
